Things you should know about making changes to your personal account & payment options

Using this method this helps us verify you are the holder of the account and for security reasons

Business & Member Login/Account Information Changes

You can login to your account via the website (Member Login) and entre your user name and password and update your personal or company information only, e.g. address, telephone number, email address.

Adding Motorcycles To Your Business & Member Account

Please note: Make sure you have entered and paid for your first motorcycle to set up your account, then your able to add motorcycles to your account via the website and follow the prompts.

Simply do this via the main page of the website (Join/Add To Your Account) and follow prompts entre the required customer information and motorcycle information, (Already A Member) entre user name and password then tick the box accept term & conditions and follow it through to payment.

Making Changes To Your Policy Updating New Motorcycle Details

If you want changes to your existing policy e.g. New Motorcycle details, open a support ticket via your account and send through the following new motorcycle details e.g. make, model, year, vin number, registration number and this will be updated within 24hrs.

Membership Renewal Reminders & Invoices Or Billing

As a member you are able to renew your policy via your personal account (PayPal or Other) Invoices are automated and email reminders are sent to remind you your policy is due to expire soon you can then pay the renewal invoice via your account.

Updating Your Credit Card Details Or Entering Credit Card Details For Automatic Renewals 

Simply login to your personal account see billing and payment methods and update your credit card details or you can entre your credit card details for automatic renewals year after year its that simple.

Automatic Credit Card Payment Cancelation 

To cancel automatic credit card payment please open a support ticket via your personal account requesting the cancelation of your automatic payment method.

Cancel your policy

Just open a support ticket via your account requesting the cancellation of your roadside assist policy.
